Valley Optimize Digital Inc (“Valley Optimize”, “we”) is a founder-led shop in Vancouver, British Columbia. This page explains what we collect and why. It is written for a small Canadian business, not a holding company.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, company, monthly spend, and message. We store that as a lead in WordPress and send a copy to the inbox set in the Customizer (default hello@valleyoptimizedigital.com). We use it to reply and to see whether we are a fit. We do not sell it.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that WordPress needs to run (for example, if you log in). We do not run an ad pixel on this marketing site by default. If that changes, this page will change.

How long we keep it

Leads are kept while they are useful for a conversation, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your note.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including BC’s PIPA and, if it applies, Canadian federal privacy law), you can ask what we hold and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@valleyoptimizedigital.com.

Third parties

Hosting and email delivery see traffic and messages the way any host would. We do not use a separate marketing-automation vendor on this site.
