Time Keepers is a shift and hours tracker. It stores everything on your phone and nothing anywhere else.

What we collect
Nothing. We have no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. Your shifts, jobs, vehicles, and settings stay in your phone’s local storage. We never see them, and we couldn’t share them if we tried.

What leaves your phone
Company logos: when you add an employer, the app fetches its logo from Google’s favicon service so it can show it next to your shifts. That request goes straight to Google, not to us.
Backups: only if you tap Save backup — the file goes wherever you put it (your Drive, your email, your computer). That’s between you and your storage provider.
Notifications: the on-shift reminder is generated on your phone. Nothing is sent out.
Permissions
The app asks for Internet (to fetch company logos), Notifications (the optional on-shift reminder), and biometric access (only if you switch on the optional app lock — your fingerprint or face is checked by your phone itself and never leaves it; we never see it). Nothing else. No location, no contacts, no files beyond the backup you explicitly save.

Ads
This version of the app contains no ads and no ad software.

Children
Time Keepers is a work-hours tool for people with jobs. It isn’t aimed at children, and since we collect nothing, there is nothing of theirs to hold.

Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version ships inside the app update and is posted at this same address.
