What it is

TimeKeepers puts all of it in your pocket. Clock your shifts, see what you’ve earned, keep a clean log for tax time, and pull reports whenever you need them. It’s the app shift workers actually want to open.
What it does
Six tabs, zero clutter:
- Shift — clock in and out, log breaks, keep every shift on record.
- History — every shift you’ve ever worked, searchable.
- Reports — earnings by week, month, or custom range. Built for pay-day clarity.
- Tax Log — a dedicated log for Canadian tax time. Track work expenses and keep receipts organized all year instead of panicking in April.
- Perks — discounts and extras for members.
- Setup — jobs, pay rates, and preferences, all in one place.
Plus the details that matter:
- Privacy toggle — tap any number to hide it. Show a friend your schedule without showing your pay.
- CSV export (Pro) — take your data anywhere.
- Free and Pro — the free version covers everything most people need. Pro unlocks exports and more, for people who want their data working as hard as they do.
How it started
TimeKeepers started the way most of our products do — with a real-world frustration and no good tool to fix it. Shift workers were juggling paper schedules, banking apps, and spreadsheets just to answer “how much did I make this month?”
So we built the answer: one app, six tabs, zero clutter. It’s been refined through dozens of releases driven by real feedback from people who punch a clock.
