Meta Ads Agency for DTC Brands

Meta Ads Agency for DTC Brands

Meta Ads Manager test grid for Facebook and Instagram ecommerce campaigns

A Meta ads agency for DTC brands plans, builds, and runs Facebook and Instagram campaigns so spend maps to orders you can see in your store. That is the whole job: tracking that matches reality, a creative test grid, and a weekly decision on what stays funded.

What Meta ads work is

Meta is a paid auction for attention on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and related placements. For a store, useful work is not “more reach.” It is finding a repeatable way to buy a first order at a cost your margin can stand, then keeping that cost from drifting as creative dies.

We treat Meta as one lane next to Google, TikTok, and email. If email is not catching the people ads already paid for, we say so before we scale spend.

Who this is for

Online stores selling in Canada or the US, with enough margin and enough budget to finish a test. Founders who want to stay in the ad account. Teams that will answer product questions in the same week we ask.

If you need a 40-person bench, daily hand-holding, or someone to run the company, this is the wrong shop.

What we actually run

Tracking

Pixel plus Conversions API, event match quality, and a simple read of Purchase, InitiateCheckout, and AddToCart. We check domain verification and that your catalog, if you have one, is not silently broken.

Structure

Three layers: testing, evergreen winners, and retargeting. Testing is broad plus a few stacked tests, one idea per ad set when we need a clean read. Evergreen only holds ads that already earned their keep. Retargeting is short windows so we are not paying twice for the same buyer.

Creative

A weekly grid: new angles, a few hooks each, then cut or promote. Formats we use: short video, static, carousel, catalog ads when the feed is clean. We track hook rate, hold, and cost per result by creative, not by vibes.

Offers and landing

If the click is fine and the cart is not, that is a site or offer problem. We will not keep pouring spend into a slow mobile page or a bundle that cannot support the CPA.

How a 90-day Meta test usually runs

  1. Days 1-14: audit tracking, structure, and the last 90 days of spend. Write the one target for the test.
  2. Days 15-30: repair tracking, brief the first grid, launch tests at a budget that can finish.
  3. Days 31-60: weekly cuts, new angles, retargeting caps. You see spend, sales, and what we killed.
  4. Days 61-90: keep, fix, or stop. Then month to month if it is worth continuing.

The full version of this lives on Method.

How we report

Weekly note: spend, attributed sales, blended MER if you share store revenue, new-customer share when your store can tell us, top three ads, and next week’s tests. We do not send a 40-slide deck.

Pricing

Management starts at $2,500 a month, or 15% of ad spend when monthly spend is over $20,000, whichever is lower. We will not take a budget that cannot finish a test. No setup fee. 30 days to cancel after the first 90 days.

Those numbers are what we charge. They are not a promise about your ROAS.

What we will not put on this page

Named client stories and invented ROAS lifts. We do not publish a trophy wall. If we work together, you will see your own numbers in the weekly note.

FAQ

What does a Meta ads agency actually do for a DTC brand?
We build and run Facebook and Instagram campaigns: tracking, audiences, creative tests, and weekly cuts. The job is contribution margin and new-customer cost, not screenshot ROAS.

How much should we spend on Meta to make testing useful?
Plan for enough conversions that a test can finish. For most shops that is a few thousand dollars a month, not a few hundred. If the budget cannot finish a test, we will say so on the first call.

Do you produce the ads?
We brief angles, write hooks, and run the test grid. Creator filming is sourced; we do not run an in-house studio. Winners stay. The rest come down.

How do you handle iOS tracking?
Conversions API with deduplication, enhanced matching, and a 7-day click / 1-day view read. We still check store orders and a post-purchase question when you have one.

Do you lock us into a long contract?
No. We start with a 90-day test. After that it is month to month with 30 days notice.

Who owns the ad account?
You do. Business Manager, pixel, and creative files stay in your name.
